Yoga for the back
This special yoga sequence, combined with mindful breathing will help you to:
- Learn how to prevent or alleviate back pain.
- Develop proper back alignment.
- Develop strength and flexibility.
- Reduce tension.
Pre-requisite:
- No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
Class time:
- 6:15 pm to 7.45 pm

- 1 class: $16
- 5 classes: $70
- 10 classes: $125

Class guidelines:
- Please consult your doctor before attending the course.
- Arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to class.
- It is recommended not to eat at least one and a half before class.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
