Yoga for the back

This special yoga sequence, combined with mindful breathing will help you to:

  • Learn how to prevent or alleviate back pain.
  • Develop proper back alignment.
  • Develop strength and flexibility.
  • Reduce tension.
Pre-requisite:
  • No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
Class time:
  • 6:15 pm to 7.45 pm

  • 1 class: $16
  • 5 classes: $70
  • 10 classes: $125

Class guidelines:
  • Please consult your doctor before attending the course.
  • Arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to class.
  • It is recommended not to eat at least one and a half before class.
  • Wear comfortable clothing.
