Interested in Ayurveda? Join us as we prepare beverages and dishes designed according to Ayurvedic principles to aid digestion and nutrient absorption. Preparation will be followed by tasting. Anti-toxin water, ghee and mung lentil dhal will be among the recipes taught. Fun and good humor are also on the menu!
