Online Class Schedule

Online classes will begin from October 12th onwards. Pre-registration required!

Below is our Online Yoga Class Schedule. Classes are taught via Zoom. Each Yoga class includes:

  • Pranayama (breathing exercices)
  • Warm-ups (Sun Salutation and leg stretches)
  • 12 Basic asanas (yoga postures)
  • Savasana (final relaxation)
