Below is our Online Yoga Class Schedule. Classes are taught via Zoom. Each Yoga class includes:
- Pranayama (breathing exercices)
- Warm-ups (Sun Salutation and leg stretches)
- 12 Basic asanas (yoga postures)
- Savasana (final relaxation)
