Breathing shouldn’t be a struggle, yet many of us unknowingly live with dysfunctional breathing patterns—shallow inhales, tight rib cages, and fatigue from trying to breathe. Breathe Into Ease is a 5-day immersive retreat designed to help reset your breath, calm your nervous system, and restore natural, effortless breathing. Whether you’re dealing with asthma, sleep disturbances, breathlessness, or stress-related breathing issues, this retreat
will provide the tools and support you need.

What You’ll Learn?
Through a combination of movement, education, and hands-on techniques, you’ll:
- Re-train dysfunctional breath patterns
- Improve diaphragm mobility and lung capacity
- Regulate your nervous system with breath
- Understand the anatomy and mechanics of breathing
- Explore self-massage and myofascial release techniques
- Cultivate lasting resilience, physically and emotionally

- Shallow, rapid, or labored breathing
- Difficulty exhaling fully
- Nasal congestion or sinus issues
- Rib cage restriction
- Limited diaphragm engagement
This Retreat is for You If You:
- Live with asthma, COPD, or chronic breath tension
- Struggle with breath in yoga or pranayama (even Kapalabhati)
- Experience breathlessness from anxiety, stress, or trauma
- Have a tight rib cage or upper chest dominance

- Therapeutic Hatha Yoga focused on supporting healthy breathing
- Self Myofascial Release for the diaphragm and rib cage
- Guided Pranayama, meditation, and relaxation practices
3 Breath-Focused Workshops:

Optional 75-minute massage for respiratory release Wholesome vegetarian meals 1-on-1 breath consultation with a breath coach or therapist

- 6:00 am – Satsang
- 8:00 am – Fascia Release for Breathing
- 10:00 am – Brunch
- 10:45 am – Karma Yoga
- 12:30 pm – Workshop (1 per day)
- 2:00 pm – Consultations / Optional Massage
- 4:00 pm – Self-Massage & Breath-Centered Yoga
- 6:00 pm – Dinner
- 7:30 pm – Evening Satsang

- 6:00 am – Final Satsang

Lana AlSalem, PhD, C-IAYT
Certified Yoga Therapist, Breathwork Coach, and Ayurvedic Life-Style Counselor with 20+ years of practice. Lana integrates trauma-sensitive yoga, breathwork, and Ayurveda to promote balance, vitality, and whole-person well-being.
Nadejda Chouljenko, BSc, R.N. (Ret.), RMT
Holistic Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Yoga Chikitsa Instructor with 18 years of experience. Nadejda combines therapeutic touch, breath awareness, and vagus nerve practices to foster regulation, integration, and embodied presence.
