Meditation is considered the most important of all the Yoga techniques and is an invaluable tool for emotional balance and peace of mind.

INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION (level 1) provides step to step guidance for starting a meditation practice. It is designed for students who are new to meditation, as well as those who would like to renew their commitment to this practice or ground their current practice on a solid foundation.

  • How to start a meditation practice: The three fundamentals.
  • Meditation for beginners and tips for those who are returning practitioners

MEDITATION COURSE (level 2)

If  you would like to obtain more support for your daily practice after Introduction to Meditation, you are encouraged to take level 2. This course is also suitable for students who are familiar with the technique but who took a break and would like to restart the practice. Those who would like to understand more in depth how Yoga philosophy explains the mind and how the process of meditation creates the change would also find these sessions of benefit. The course will continue to explore different mantras and will  help students who are interested in this practice choose their personal mantra.
