SUMMER RETREATJuly 19th-21st  is held at a charming family farm, nestled just 10 minutes north of Quinte West and a short 15-minute drive from the picturesque Presqu’ile Provincial Park and the vibrant Prince Edward County. Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the countryside while staying in cozy rooms equipped with comfortable single beds. Whether you are sharing a room with two beds or three, you will find the perfect setting for relaxation and connection. Discover a peaceful escape in the heart of nature, close to some of the most beautiful destinations in the region.

FALL RETREAT- September 20th-22nd  is held at the Mansfield Outdoor Centre, near Barrie, 1 1/2 hours north of Toronto, Ontario. The accommodation is at the main Field Center, in rooms with four beds.

Join us to experience the harmony, peace, and balance that yoga brings in a setting that invigorates the body and calms the mind.

No previous yoga experience is required. The Center will organize a carpool. Everyone is welcome!

*Satsang: group meditation, chanting, lecture and prayers.

What to bring: Please bring your own Yoga mat and meditation cushion. Please bring your own towels, pillow and sleeping bag or blankets (linens are not provided). We also recommend: shawl or blanket for meditation, flash light, casual & warm clothes, and shoes/boots for hiking.

Accommodation: Summer Retreat (rooms with 2 or 3 single beds). Fall Retreat (room can accommodate 4 people).
