Yoga for Little Kids – Ages 5 to 7
In these classes, yoga is interwoven with stories, songs and movement play. Young kids will become lions, butterflies and snakes as they learn simple yoga postures and relaxation techniques. Lots of fun!
Yoga for Kids – Ages 9-12
March 18th-April 22nd
Saturdays: 10.45-11.45 am
In this course children will learn breathing practices, relaxation and yoga postures. This foundation will help them build useful skills for maintaining their physical and mental well being and will build good base for future yoga practice. The course is taught through games and age appropriate discussions.
