URBAN YOGA RETREAT at the Sivananda Yoga Center

Please register by Friday, January 17th!
The day begins with meditation and daily chants and continues with yoga classes and workshops. You don’t have to be familiar with meditation practice to participate, and you should have a basic practice of yoga postures and breathing techniques. Cell phones cannot be used during the retreat.
Please keep Mouna (silence) when you arrive. You are welcome to break the silence after the morning satsang.

What to bring: Please bring your own Yoga mat and meditation cushion. Please bring your own towels, pillow and sleeping bag or blankets (linens are not provided). We also recommend: shawl or blanket for meditation, flash light, casual & warm clothes, and shoes/boots for hiking.
Accommodation: Summer Retreat (rooms with 2 or 3 single beds). Fall Retreat (room can accommodate 4 people).
