Yoga & Meditation Course for Teens

The focus of this course is teaching teens how to use yoga and meditation practice for physical and mental well-being. This course will teach basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and simple meditation practice. Teens are encouraged to practice at home and use yoga techniques to stay calm and focused. During the course we will discuss yogic perspective on mental health and issues such as anxiety, addiction, body image and relationships.
