Yoga & Meditation Course for Teens
(ages 14 to 16 years old)
This course will teach teens basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and simple meditation practice for physical and mental well-being. Teens are encouraged to practice at home and use yoga techniques to stay calm and focused. During the course we will also discuss yogic perspective on mental health and issues such as anxiety, addiction, body image and relationships. A six-week course meeting once per week.
Day: Saturday mornings
Time: 11:00 am – 12:00 noon
