A beautiful way to begin your day! Start each morning, Monday to Friday, by enjoying some Gentle Yoga.
Our Gentle Yoga Classes come in a bundle of 5 and are suitable for beginners, as well as intermediate students. If you are new to yoga – or have not practiced for a while – this serie of 5 classes is also a great way to build flexibility and strength, while steadying the mind and developping some morning discipline.
The classes include:
- Simple breathing exercices
- Sun Salutation
- Yoga Postures
- Final relaxation
Classes are delivered online via Zoom. For privacy reasons, we do not record any of our programs.
