Our Gentle Yoga comes in a package of 6 classes and is suitable for beginners, as well as intermediate students. If you are new to yoga,  or have not practiced for a while,  this is  a great way to build flexibility and strength, while calming the mind and developing morning routine.

The classes include:

  • Breathing practice (pranayama)
  • Sun Salutation
  • Yoga Postures (asanas)
  • Relaxation
