Over many years of teaching, we met students who would like to practice yoga but are unsure how to start (or continue).
If you have some of the following questions(or many others!), please feel free to book a free 15 min online consultation with one of our staff who will help direct you to the appropriate class or course:
- My body is very stiff so I am not sure if I can even do a beginner yoga course. What should I practice?
- I have done yoga for some time but I did not practice recently. Is an open class suitable for me?
- I would like to learn meditation but I hear it is difficult to focus or sit comfortably for the practice. Where should I start?
- Your current schedule just doesn’t work for me. What is your suggestion?
- I would like to do one of your yoga challenges but I am not sure if I can follow the practice. Shall I sign up?
- I hear yoga can help manage stress but I am too anxious to practice in a group(or to practice at all!). What can I do?
- I have injuries and I am not comfortable participating in a regular yoga class. What do you suggest?
- I live far from the center and cannot come in person but I don’t like practicing online. What is the option?
