Balancing Energy For Good Sleep, with Gita
Saturday Nov. 30th 6-8 pm; $65
How can we help others and ourselves to clear the stress and negative emotions bringing us back to inner balance at the end of our day? In this workshop you will be taught methods to clear and balance your being through qigong, polarity energy balancing and breathing meditations from both Tibetan Buddhist and Yoga traditions.  These techniques are invaluable to share with a friend or family member.  You will be working in pairs and also alone to experience the healing benefits.  The overall experience is a feeling of coming back to your true self and helping friends to also not feel lost or overwhelmed by life.
Teacher: Jill Mackay, Gita -MSW,MTS in counselling and Family Therapy,  Sivananda Advanced YogaTeacher Training,   Qigong through Bonnie Richter, Polarity with Sher Smith and Thai Massage through the Old Medicine Hospital Thailand, as well of years of study of Tibetan Buddhism.
