Ayurveda is an ancient, traditional form of medicine and healing science that focuses on optimizing life and longevity. One of the most important tools to maintaining vitality and health is the diet and food that one consumes. Accordingly, an all-encompassing understanding of Ayurvedic nutrition can help us plan well balanced meals and, ultimately, a wholesome diet which will empower health and happiness.

In this workshop, learn the fundamental principles of Ayurvedic nutrition and how to plan balanced meals for optimum health and vitality. You will also learn a simple Ayurvedic recipe of digestive tea that works on the digestive fire, Agni.

Open to all, this workshop is an amazing introductory step towards an overall sense of health and well-being.

Dr. Sonal Bhatt M.D. (Ayurveda) is a highly qualified Ayurvedic physician and Panchakarma specialist from one of the leading Ayurvedic universities in India, Jamnagar Ayurvedic University. She is also a Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant from CSNN Toronto.
