Are you looking for a unique yoga teachers’ training course (TTC) and you are not sure where to start? Join us for this free open house introduction to the Sivananda TTC. This event will answer all your questions about this wonderful experience. The Sivananda TTC will help you become a dynamic, passionate and intuitive yoga teacher, as well as strengthening your personal yoga practice on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. You will feel supported in your efforts to lead and share a healthy and mindful lifestyle.

  Introduction to the Sivananda asana class

  Introduction to Satsang
  meditation, mantra chanting, small talk on yoga and light ceremony (Arati)
