Yoga for Chronic Pain : 5 day Workshop
October 20 – 24
Arrival 3 pm October 20. Departure 11 am Friday, October 24 When we’re in pain, it can feel like it will never change—that it’s fixed, permanent,
part of who we are. The natural response is often to turn away from it, or to distance ourselves from the part of us that hurts. But pain is not set in stone. By understanding how pain works in the body and brain, we begin to see that it is adaptable. With the right knowledge and tools, we can engage with practices that help reshape our experience of, and with, pain itself.
This daily program includes the following:
- Hatha Yoga classes, specifically designed for Chronic Pain
- Breathwork (Pranayama)
- Meditation and Relaxation practices
- Educational workshops
- Healthy vegetarian meals
- 90-minute personal health review prior to the program (in person or via Zoom) and a one-on
