Foundations of Vedic Chanting
Awaken your Voice, Quiet your Mind
With Ivy Ingram
September 3 (Monday) - 7 September (Thursday)
Vedic chanting is a yogic practice, moving us through dharana (concentration) towards dhyana (meditation) Vedic chanting is an ancient practice that has been transmitted orally from teacher to student for thousands of years. More than just singing, Vedic chanting is a precise and powerful method of using sound, rhythm, and breath to harmonize the body, mind, and emotions.
