Yoga of Recovery

Life is Prana – Practices for Vitality to Overcome our Addictiveness

with Durga Leela

Are you struggling with unhealthy habits you wish you could change but don’t know how? There is a solution. Replace limiting behaviors, thought patterns, self-sabotage and addictive tendencies with the practices of Yoga of Recovery. Together we will discover how specific practices can help remedy naturally occurring disturbances in prana (energy) that leave us feeling tired, wired, in pain, or stressed out. You will learn some short, simple practices to manage your feeling states and allow you to feel vital and alive without having to resort to external sources for stimulation, sedation etc. This five day retreat is based on Yoga of Recovery’s Life is Prana teachings.
