Our Tradition

The Greatest of Offerings

Among all forms of charity, Annadhanam—the offering of food—is regarded as one of the greatest and most sacred. Offering Annadhanam is also considered a meaningful spiritual service through which we may perform good deeds and receive Divine Blessings.

Devotees may sponsor Annadhanam to commemorate important occasions connected with themselves or their loved ones, including:

  • Birthdays

  • Memorial days

  • Wedding anniversaries

  • Other meaningful family occasions

At our temple, Annadhanam is served twice daily during the temple’s operating season. All devotees visiting the temple are welcomed and offered a satisfying meal.

Sponsorship

Two Ways to Sponsor

Temple-Prepared Annadhanam

The sponsor contributes the required amount, and the temple arranges, prepares and serves the meal on the selected date.

Sponsor-Prepared Annadhanam

With prior approval from the temple administration, sponsors may come to the temple, prepare the food and serve it to devotees.

Those who wish to sponsor Annadhanam are kindly requested to contact the temple administration in advance.
