Certain arrangements – whether of words, musical notes or shapes – carry the power to rearrange the energies within us in a harmonious way, heal us and infuse us with positivity. Such sacred arrangements of geometric shapes are known as a ‘Yantras’. Yantras are embodiments of Cosmic Energies and visually contain specific arrangements of dots, triangles, circles and other geometric shapes. When we meditate on these sacred arrangements, the energies within us are rearranged harmoniously, resulting in the optimization of positivity, enthusiasm and health.
Meditation on Yantras has a lot of healing benefits.
In this workshop, learn about Yantras, their energies and how to meditate on specific Yantras to experience their healing and energizing benefits. Some Mantras and Mudras related to the Yantras will also be explored.
