Sivananda Canada Advisory Council

The Sivananda Canada Advisory Council (SCAC) meets once a month to provide the directors of the Canadian centres and ashrams with recommendations on proposed policies and practices. The Council was formed in April 2020 and comprises staff, teachers, and community members from Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa with various professional expertise. The views expressed by the Advisory Council do not represent the ISYVC. By consulting with the Advisory Council, the Sivananda Canada directors aim to increase transparency and accountability and better represent the interests of the wider Sivananda community in the decision-making process.
