Learn some of the fundamental principles of yoga by joining us for a free trial yoga class at our Centre.

You will be introduced to the 12 most important postures (asanas), basic breathing and relaxation techniques. Classical yoga offers wonderful surprises as a comprehensive system of personal development, encompassing the mind, body and spirit.

All are welcome! No prior experience needed.

Come 15 minutes early to sign in and get settled.
