The Sivananda Yoga Center teaches very classical Hatha Yoga practices, which secure optimal physical and mental benefits. Learn all you need to know about the practice with the Intro to Sivananda Yoga Course.

Suited to beginners, this course is perfect to start or renew a Yoga practice, or to discover a new Yoga practice you might find deeply fulfilling.

Learn all the fundamentals for perfect health and balanced mind:

  • Sun Salutation  – traditional yoga warm up
  • Proper breathing
  • Foundational yoga postures
  • Relaxation techniques
  • the 5 Points of Yoga for health and well-being.

The Course is offered through Zoom. Sessions are live and interactive: students will have the opportunity to ask questions and will receive links to our online educational videos.
