May 31st – June 4th (Mon to Fri), 8:00 – 8.45 pm, $35

Meditation is an invaluable tool for emotional balance and peace of mind . This course will provide  guidance for starting a meditation practice. It is helpful for those who are just starting  as well as those who would like to renew their commitment to this practice.

We will meet every evening for 45 min to explain how to do meditation and to practice together. Please start this course if you are prepared to commit to all 5 evenings. This course will give you enough information to be able to understand the practice and continue on your own. We will have time for your questions at the end of each class.

Please find a quiet place where you can take the course so you can enjoy the effects of the practice.
