Balancing Yoga Postures
September 9th, 1pm-2.30pm; $35
Refine your yoga practice with proper techniques to improve your balancing postures. Incorporate the principles of balance, alignment, and breath to master some of more challenging poses. With dedicated practice, you will achieve a deeper connection between body and mind. As you cultivate awareness and focus, you will find a new sense of stability and tranquility. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
Teacher: Kartikeya has been teaching yoga for many years. He is dedicated practitioner and skilled yoga teacher who is able to assist students of all levels improve their yoga practice.
