May 10th- June 7th, Fridays, 6:45pm-8pm, $75

In Person at the Yoga Center and Online via Zoom

This course is for you if you are familiar with the basic meditation technique but would like to have more support  so you can get established in your daily practice. It is also for students who would like to understand more in depth how Yoga philosophy explains the mind and how the process of meditation creates the change. The course will continue to explore different mantras and help students who are interested in this practice choose their personal mantra.

– obstacles students often face during meditation practice
-four functions of the mind; four states of the mind
-stages of meditation
-mantras for meditation and how to choose your mantra
-how other yogic paths help  support the practice
*Online participants will receive a Zoom link two days before the course.
Pre-requisite: Introduction to Meditation or regular meditation practice (please contact us if you are unsure whether this course is suitable for you)
