Positive Thinking Retreat

Join us for a mini yoga retreat on positive thinking and thought power! The retreat will include 2 yoga classes (gentle + meditative), 2 workshops on meditation, positive thinking and thought power and a  vegetarian meal.

Schedule:
9.00: Arrival
09.15 – 10.30 : gentle yoga
10.45 – 12.00 : Positive thinking workshop – 1
12.00 – 12.45 : vegetarian lunch
12.45 – 14.15 : Positive thinking workshop – 2
14.30 – 16.00 : yoga class with meditation

When?  Saturday March 2, from 9 a.m to 4 p.m
Price : Members & Students : $ 65 | Non-members  : $ 75
