C&rsquo;est le c\u0153ur de la pratique du yoga. M\u00e9diter ensemble dans un groupe cr\u00e9e une atmosph\u00e8re spirituelle forte qui permet une exp\u00e9rience plus profonde de la m\u00e9ditation. Dans le satsang, des personnes de diff\u00e9rents niveaux pratiquent ensemble &#8211; des nouveaux venus aux professeurs de yoga exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. Le satsang se compose de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 minutes de m\u00e9ditation silencieuse en groupe,<\/li>\n<li>30 minutes de chant m\u00e9ditatif de mantras et de kirtan,<\/li>\n<li>Une conf\u00e9rence facile \u00e0 suivre sur la philosophie ou la psychologie du yoga.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;acc\u00e8s est gratuit. Tous sont les bienvenus.<\/strong> Les dons de fleurs ou de friandises sont les bienvenus, mais sont totalement facultatifs. Aucune inscription pr\u00e9alable n&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire. Aucune exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9alable n&rsquo;est requise.
