Les cours de yoga sur chaise s\u2019adressent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement aux personnes souffrant d\u2019un handicap physique ou aux hommes et femmes \u00e2g\u00e9s qui trouvent qu\u2019une s\u00e9ance de yoga classique est trop difficile.<\/p>\n<p>La pratique du yoga sur chaise permet d\u2019augmenter la circulation sanguine, d\u2019accro\u00eetre le sentiment de bien-\u00eatre et de r\u00e9duire la pression art\u00e9rielle, l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, l\u2019inflammation et les douleurs chroniques.<\/p>\n<p>Cours de 90 minutes une fois par semaine<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div
