solide pour le cours de yoga Sivananda de base. Les \u00e9tudiants suivent le cours pas \u00e0 pas dans un petit groupe, avec des explications sur les postures (\u0101sanas) et les exercices de respiration (pr\u0101\u1e47\u0101y\u0101ma), ce qui permet des corrections plus personnelles en t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate. Les \u00e9tudiants seront \u00e9galement initi\u00e9s aux bases de la m\u00e9ditation.<\/p>\n<p>Ce cours est ouvert \u00e0 tous ceux qui sont compl\u00e8tement nouveaux dans le yoga, nouveaux dans la tradition Sivananda, ou \u00e0 tous ceux qui souhaitent revenir aux bases.
