ou r\u00e9initialiser la pratique du yoga, le Centre Sivananda propose un syst\u00e8me unique issu de d\u00e9cennies d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience acquise dans les centres Sivananda du monde entier.<\/p>\n<p>Ce syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;introduction articul\u00e9 en deux niveaux de Yoga 1 et Yoga 2 guide l&rsquo;\u00e9tudiant de mani\u00e8re progressive et d\u00e9taill\u00e9e vers l&rsquo;apprentissage de la s\u00e9quence de base du hatha yoga traditionnel, qui comprend des exercices de respiration, la salutation au soleil comme \u00e9chauffement pr\u00e9paratoire \u00e0 la s\u00e9quence d&rsquo;asanas (postures), les 12 postures de base et les techniques de relaxation.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez ensuite commencer par notre cours de yoga 1 pour d\u00e9butants, une introduction au yoga \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape. Plusieurs cours de yoga commencent chaque semaine \u00e0 des heures diff\u00e9rentes.
