Chaque journ\u00e9e sera d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 un axe de travail particulier afin d&#8217;aider le corps \u00e0 gagner en harmonie et en fluidit\u00e9. On dit que la longueur et la force musculaires vont de pair ; ainsi, \u00e0 mesure que nous gagnons en souplesse, le corps se renforce \u00e9galement.
