Ouvert aux d\u00e9butants comme aux pratiquants avanc\u00e9s. Sant\u00e9 mentale et \u00e9motions<\/p>\n<p>Swami Sitaramananda est une Acharya (enseignante spirituelle) au sein des Centres Internationaux Sivananda Yoga Vedanta ; elle s&#8217;inscrit dans la lign\u00e9e de Swami Sivananda et de Swami Vishnudevananda depuis plus de 40 ans. Elle r\u00e9side principalement au Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm de Grass Valley (Californie, \u00c9tats-Unis), ainsi qu&#8217;au Sivananda Yoga Resort and Training Center de Dalat (Vietnam). Ayant voyag\u00e9 et enseign\u00e9 dans de nombreux pays \u2014 notamment en Inde, au Japon, en Chine, au Vietnam et en Russie \u2014, elle porte un int\u00e9r\u00eat profond aux enseignements du yoga classique et du Vedanta, et plus particuli\u00e8rement aux processus de gu\u00e9rison mentale et \u00e9motionnelle. Swami Sitaramananda est une fervente promotrice des bienfaits du yoga et de la m\u00e9ditation sur la sant\u00e9. Elle a con\u00e7u le \u00ab Sivananda Yoga Health Educator Training Program \u00bb, un programme intensif de 800 heures visant \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un pont entre les sciences m\u00e9dicales et le yoga classique.
