Le d\u00e9veloppement de cette compr\u00e9hension nous aidera \u00e0 savoir comment \u00e9lever notre esprit et l&#8217;emp\u00eacher de sombrer dans des sch\u00e9mas n\u00e9gatifs et malsains. \u00c0 terme, cela conduira \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement d&#8217;une pratique du yoga et de la m\u00e9ditation propice \u00e0 une vie mentale \u00e9panouie et saine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les sujets
