Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un soin de massoth\u00e9rapie visant le bien-\u00eatre global, tant physique que mental. Ce soin est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement prodigu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une huile ti\u00e8de ou chaude, en tenant compte de votre constitution doshique (les doshas \u2014 Pitta, Vata et Kapha \u2014 sont issus de l&#8217;approche ayurv\u00e9dique). C&#8217;est un soin qui a pour objectif de pr\u00e9venir les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres corporels. La formation vous offrira un aper\u00e7u de l&#8217;Ayurveda, et plusieurs heures seront consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 la pratique du massage, afin que vous puissiez ma\u00eetriser la technique et la partager avec vos clients ainsi que vos proches.
