Cet objectif a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint en int\u00e9grant les pratiques et la philosophie du yoga \u00e0 la routine structur\u00e9e de l&#8217;ashram. L&#8217;engagement dans les pratiques quotidiennes d\u00e9veloppe la pratique spirituelle, permettant d&#8217;atteindre une plus grande paix int\u00e9rieure et une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de soi.<\/p>\n<p>Une occasion de ressourcer son esprit, son corps et son \u00e2me gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une immersion yoga, d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer sa sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et de se d\u00e9tendre dans Deux cours de yoga, comprenant postures, exercices de respiration et relaxation, deux repas v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens nourrissants et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s, des s\u00e9ances de m\u00e9ditation, des chants d\u00e9votionnels et des enseignements spirituels, sont propos\u00e9s.
