Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves sont guid\u00e9s \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape en petit groupe, avec des explications sur les postures (\u0101sanas) et les exercices de respiration (pr\u0101\u1e47\u0101y\u0101ma), ce qui permet des corrections individuelles plus personnalis\u00e9es.
