Retreat at the Ashram

Take a pause from the concerns of daily life and come enjoy nature and the beautiful settings of the ashram. Immerse yourself in yoga practice, meditation and yoga philosophy workshops, and learn how to attain greater well-being and better connection with yourself with these 5-day rejuvenating retreats. Designed to unwind, appease the body and calm the mind, they will help you to recharge your entire being, and provide you with a fresher and more positive outlook on life. You will also learn practical tools that will allow you to maintain a peaceful state throughout the demands of everyday life. After those energizing retreats, you will be able to face the challenges of life with more peace, clarity and strength!

For September, if you are interested in coming for the weekend only (Friday to Sunday), please register to the waiting list, shown at the bottom of the retreat description. One week before the retreat we will contact you if space is available.

Sanitary rules and regulations for COVID-19:
-Everybody’s body temperature will be checked at the reception while checking-in and entry will be restricted to those with temperature more than 38 °C.
-During your stay you will have to keep a 2-meter distance at all times.
-Wearing masks is mandatory indoor and in common areas.
-Wash your hands as often as possible; it is still the best way to avoid contamination.
-If you sneeze or cough, please do so inside your elbow or in a tissue.
-Make sure to sign and submit all forms / surveys / regulations prior to arrival.
-Once you arrive and check in, proceed straight to your room. We encourage you to immediately take a shower and change to a new set of clothes.
-Try to make all payments online by credit card prior to your arrival whenever possible. On site, if you pay cash you have to pay the exact amount. For everyone’s safety, there won’t be any cash exchange.
-For meal times, everybody will have to sit 2 meters apart, both in the dining hall and outside. Dishwashing area will be outside.
-When you check in at the ashram you will be not allowed to leave until the check out date.

In you room you will have:
-Cleaning set (disinfectant spray / brown paper roll for cleaning)
-Meal set – fork, spoon, bowl, glass, plate and tray, to be used for yourself and kept in your room.
-Meditation Mat and pillow to sit in classes and satsang.

General information:
-All single-occupancy rooms may or may not have a private bathroom.
-People staying in dorm or camping will have an assigned sink, shower and toilet in the bath house.
-Common area will be cleaned/disinfected regularly every day.
-You must have your own Yoga mat for the asana classes.
