Refund & Cancelation Policy

1- Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy (regular room stays and weekend programs): There will be a $50 fee for cancellations made before the arrival date. Cancellations made on the arrival day or after will be charged 1 night accommodation plus an additional $50 CAD. No show, no refund.

2- Cancellation and Refund Policy for July & August courses: There will be a $150 CAD fee for cancellations made before the arrival date. Cancellations made on the arrival day or after will be charged 1 night accommodation plus an additional $150. No show, no refund.

3- If you want to cancel your registration before the start of a course, we will refund your original payment less an administrative fee of $150 CAD. If you do not show up and do not contact us, no refund will be issued. If you contact us before the course begins and wish to transfer to another teachers training course, a $300 CAD administrative fee will be charged. Some restrictions may apply and it can only be done once. Once the course has begun, if you decide to leave within 3 days, we will refund your original payment less an administrative fee of $450 CAD. No refunds will be issued after the 3rd day of classes had begun.
