Health and wellbeing represent a positive state of the mind and the body and yoga gives us the tools to achieve this state. Health is the first prerequisite in life. It is hard or impossible to achieve anything else if we are not physically and mentally healthy. Being healthy doesn’t only mean being free from illness, it also reflects our overall wellbeing and how do we take care of ourselves. The courses we offer teach how to develop good habits, keep our spirit in a positive state and maintain the harmony of our body and mind.
