Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un soin de massoth\u00e9rapie qui a pour objectif le bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, autant physique que mental. Le soin est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement donn\u00e9 avec une huile ti\u00e8de ou chaude en tenant compte de votre constitution doshique (les doshas \u2013 pitta, vata et kapha \u2013 sont issus de l\u2019approche ayurv\u00e9dique). Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un soin qui vise \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre du corps. Le cours vous donnera un aper\u00e7u de l\u2019ayurveda et plusieurs heures seront consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 la pratique du massage afin de bien ma\u00eetriser la technique et d\u2019en faire profiter votre client\u00e8le et vos proches. Un manuel complet avec sch\u00e9mas et marche \u00e0 suivre vous sera remis (manuel en anglais).<\/p>\n<p>Cette formation est offerte \u00e0 toute personne, m\u00eame d\u00e9butante qui d\u00e9sire en apprendre davantage sur l\u2019Ayurveda ainsi qu\u2019aux massoth\u00e9rapeutes d\u00e9j\u00e0 certifi\u00e9es, en addition aux comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9j\u00e0 acquises et valid\u00e9es par l\u2019ordre des massoth\u00e9rapeutes du Qu\u00e9bec. Son int\u00e9r\u00eat pour cette discipline l\u2019a amen\u00e9e \u00e0 suivre une formation de professeur de yoga dans la tradition Sivananda. Le yoga a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour elle une porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e vers l\u2019ayurveda, une science mill\u00e9naire qui a \u00e9veill\u00e9 en elle un profond int\u00e9r\u00eat. Elle a ainsi d\u00e9but\u00e9 son apprentissage en 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Par la suite, elle a approfondi ses connaissances sous la tutelle du Dr Vishnu au Sivananda Institute of Health au Kerala, en Inde, ainsi que du Dr Anita Sharma \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al.
