Elle enseigne depuis 25 ans et partage son expertise dans la formation de professeurs de yoga \u00e0 travers le monde. Sa voix apaisante a guid\u00e9 des milliers d\u2019\u00e9tudiants dans la conscience du corps, la relaxation profonde et la connexion \u00e0 leur moi int\u00e9rieur. Mirabai est \u00e9galement massoth\u00e9rapeute tha\u00eflandaise et enseignante. Elle a commenc\u00e9 sa pratique en 2007 et est devenue une proche disciple de Ma\u00eetre Kam Thye Chow. Elle consid\u00e8re cette technique de massage unique comme une extension de sa pratique du yoga pour aider les autres \u00e0 soulager leur douleur et \u00e0 se reconnecter \u00e0 leur propre source de gu\u00e9rison. Depuis les 3 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, Mirabai pratique l\u2019ost\u00e9otha\u00ef, une pratique merveilleuse qui apporte l\u2019approche de l\u2019ost\u00e9opathie au massage tha\u00eflandais. Elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9tudi\u00e9 en Tha\u00eflande o\u00f9 elle a eu l\u2019honneur d\u2019apprendre de diff\u00e9rents ma\u00eetres de massage tha\u00eflandais.
