Une immersion totale dans la pratique du yoga et de la m\u00e9ditation favorise le renouvellement du corps et de l&rsquo;esprit. Au programme, de nombreux cours de yoga pour d\u00e9butants et interm\u00e9diaires, des ateliers et conf\u00e9rences avec des Swamis chevronn\u00e9s et des enseignants du camp de yoga, des promenades dans la nature, des moments de d\u00e9tente dans notre sauna ainsi que diff\u00e9rents types de massages qui seront disponibles sur place. Nous aurons aussi des concerts th\u00e9matiques tels que:<\/p>\n<p>Les sons sacr\u00e9s de la musique gospel, Concert sp\u00e9cial de musique gospel et atelier avec le chanteur folklorique et yogi canadien Ken Whiteley<\/p>\n<p><em>Ken Whiteley est l&rsquo;un des musiciens canadiens les plus respect\u00e9s. Il poss\u00e8de une exp\u00e9rience incroyablement riche dans les styles blues, gospel et folk, et ses performances sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es avec humour, \u00e9nergie et
