Des postures correctement align\u00e9es sont fondamentales pour atteindre ces objectifs tout en augmentant sant\u00e9 et vitalit\u00e9. Align\u00e9es correctement, les asanas lib\u00e8rent la sagesse et le pouvoir de gu\u00e9rison du yoga. La connaissance de l\u2019alignement est suivie de son application dans nos postures.<\/p>\n<p>Ces ateliers sont con\u00e7us pour partager les connaissances sur l&rsquo;alignement. Ils sont enti\u00e8rement bas\u00e9s sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience sur le tapis et sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans le cadre d&rsquo;un cours de yoga. Les principes sp\u00e9cifiques de la m\u00e9canique posturale et de l&rsquo;alignement sont explor\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide des pr\u00e9ceptes avant-gardistes de l&rsquo;anatomie et de la physiologie de l&rsquo;exercice, tout en restant coh\u00e9rents avec la philosophie yogique classique.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"
