Que vous veniez pour un week-end ou une semaine compl\u00e8te, une retraite ici est une v\u00e9ritable pause hors du bruit du quotidien \u2014 au c\u0153ur de la nature, de la pratique et de la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque retraite est anim\u00e9e par des enseignants exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s de la tradition Sivananda, ancr\u00e9e dans les enseignements classiques de Swami Sivananda et Swami Vishnudevananda. Chaque journ\u00e9e suit un rythme simple et nourrissant : yoga et m\u00e9ditation le matin, repas v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens, programmes l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi, satsang en soir\u00e9e. Le reste du temps est pour vous \u2014 pour marcher dans les sentiers forestiers, nager dans le lac, vous reposer ou simplement \u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p>Nos retraites vont du yoga et de la m\u00e9ditation \u00e0 l&rsquo;Ayurveda, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude spirituelle et \u00e0 des programmes th\u00e9matiques tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.
