Step into the gardens of the ashram and away from the stress of your daily life, using yogic tools for stress management. Through a series of seminars and experiential practices, you will learn how to use your yoga practice to transform your experience of stress. As you cultivate regular practice, these simple and straightforward ancient techniques will leave you feeling relaxed and grounded in your daily life.

Mookambika Chaitanya is a yoga practitioner and yoga teacher who enjoys sharing her love for yoga and the knowledge she acquired through the practice of yoga.


Check-in: Check-in is at 3 PM. After you arrive, feel free to join the yoga class at 4 PM and dinner at 6 PM.Check-out: Check-out is at 11 AM. Families with children 12 and under MUST contact us directly to book their stay.
