According to yoga our thoughts and emotions have a direct effect on our energy body determining thus the health of our physical body. In this workshop, we will discuss different yoga practices such as exercise, proper breathing, positive thinking, mindfulness, meditation, etc. whose aim is to heal and keep our mental and emotional body balanced and healthy.


Check-in: Check-in is at 3 PM. After you arrive, feel free to join the yoga class at 4 PM and dinner at 6 PM.Check-out: Check-out is at 11 AM. Families with children 12 and under MUST contact us directly to book their stay.

Single Room: $180 |Double Room: $200 |Shared Quad: $160 |Dorm: $120 |Cabin: $110 |Camping: $90The cost of accommodation includes lodging for the whole stay, all weekend activities (unless otherwise specified), scheduled meals, yoga classes, access to ashram amenities, and satsangs.
