Experiencing a fall juice and detox weekend is a very good and yogic way of starting the coming season. Juices and vegetable broth are specially made to provide the body the necessary nutrients and help cleanse the digestive system. By combining the practice of yoga and fasting, participants experience transformation not only on the physical level but also on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Flower essences, yoga and meditation help this process. As toxins are eliminated a new level of physical, mental and spiritual awareness unfolds. Because yoga and meditation are ideal for the spiritual aspirant when purifying through fasting, they are an important aspect of our Fasting and Detoxification Program. In addition, herbs and powders facilitate the removal of toxins from the body. When these poisons are eliminated from our system, negative emotions are also released.

Why should I detoxify? Do I need to detoxify? The body is an incredible instrument; it can handle and adjust to most situations. If the body gets overloaded with toxins it gets stressed and we become sick. Toxins are in our food, water, air, they also come as radiation from mobile phones, TVs, computers etc. To help the body restore itself to perfect health we need detoxification of the entire gastro intestinal tract and all organs, especially the liver and the kidneys. With good health we can hope to live life to the full.

Teacher :
Suzanne Cliche has 25 years of experience in juice fasting and detoxification. As director and facilitator, she has been participating in numerous juice fasting and detox programmes in Canada and India. She can impart the knowledge necessary for a safe and beneficial fasting as well as support in every sense the participants.


Check-in: Check-in is at 3 PM. After you arrive, feel free to join the yoga class at 4 PM and dinner at 6 PM.Check-out: Check-out is at 11 AM. Families with children 12 and under MUST contact us directly to book their stay.

Single Room: $210 |Double Room: $230 |Shared Quad: $190 The cost of accommodation includes lodging for the whole stay, all weekend activities (unless otherwise specified), scheduled meals, yoga classes, access to ashram amenities, and satsangs.
