Swami Sivananda Once engrained, habits can be difficult to change and can shape the paths of our lives. Yoga has many tools, from scripture, to thought analysis, to physical practice, designed to help us break bad habits and form positive ones. Understand how to create new habits , discard old habits and how habits evolve. Learn how to eradicate vices & cultivate virtues using practical tools from yogic teachings.

Mookambika Chaitanya is a yoga practitioner and yoga teacher who enjoys sharing her love for yoga and the knowledge she acquired through the practice of yoga.

Logistics

Check-in: Check-in is at 3 PM. After you arrive, feel free to join the yoga class at 4 PM and dinner at 6 PM.Check-out: Check-out is at 11 AM. Families with children 12 and under MUST contact us directly to book their stay.
